Will I get the recordings?
Yes. The recording of every live session is shared in the WhatsApp group, and you can watch it anytime at your convenience throughout the program.
In addition, the Sugar Bharat Chhodo master class, the introductory webinar recordings for all 8 phases, and the orientation/start recording of each new phase are also made available. If you cannot join a live session on any day, you can simply watch the recording and continue your journey with ease.
How long is the program?
This is not just a 30-day program — it is a complete health journey of roughly 4 months, designed across 8 phases. Throughout this period you receive daily live sessions, yoga practice, meditation, a sattvic lifestyle, guidance on body cleansing practices, and a phase-wise diet plan.
Most participants begin to feel positive changes in their body, energy levels, weight, sugar management, and overall health within the first 30 days itself. These early results motivate them to stay committed through the later phases with confidence and to complete the entire "Sugar Bharat Chhodo journey" successfully.
Will I need to buy any special equipment?
No. To start the program you only need a mobile/laptop, an internet connection, and the willingness to learn. Most yoga, meditation, and lifestyle practices can be done easily using things already available at home.
However, when the program teaches body cleansing practices (SSK – Shatkarma / Body Cleansing Practices), some special equipment may be required. You can buy this equipment from the market at your convenience, or obtain it from Deshyoga Charitable Trust.
The Trust provides this equipment with No Profit, on a Cost-to-Cost Basis. You only bear the actual cost of the equipment along with a nominal courier/transport charge. Our aim is to deliver the right, quality material to participants — not to earn any kind of commercial profit.
Will I have to stop my medication?
No. This program is based on lifestyle, yoga, meditation, and a sattvic diet. Any decision to reduce or stop medication should be taken only on the advice of your doctor. Keep monitoring your sugar regularly during the program.
Can other family members join too?
One registration is valid for one person. If other family members also wish to benefit, they need to register separately.
How can working professionals follow the program?
This program is designed specifically with busy people in mind. Thanks to the fixed morning and evening practices and the recording facility, working professionals can follow it easily too. Thousands of people have completed it successfully alongside their jobs.
Can people who do field work also do this?
Yes. People with field jobs can follow this program too. Instructions related to food, yoga, and lifestyle can be organized and adopted according to your daily routine.
Can people whose jobs involve a lot of travel join too?
Yes. The program is online and recordings are always available. Even if you travel a lot, you can still join through your mobile. Just keep in mind to follow the prescribed routine and dietary instructions as far as possible.
Can sugar rise again after it has been controlled?

Can people with Type-1 diabetes join too?
Yes. People with Type-1 diabetes can join the program too. However, the guidance and precautions for them may differ, so it is essential to contact the team personally to receive special guidance.
Can the sugar of those on insulin also become normal?

Can elderly people do this too?

Are there any special instructions for women?

If I have BP, thyroid, obesity, or other issues besides sugar, can I join?
